Ocean View Post Acute is a clean, friendly and efficient community. Residents are always seen smiling and any individual that walks in will get a warm welcome from Romona at the front desk. The cohesion internally, is felt through the compassion emitted from all staff.

Ocean View Post Acute Escondido is a place to go. Patients/residents are taken cared well. Staff are courteous. Facility is well-maintained.

My Grandma was here for short period of time, I love this place so did she. The therapy team is Top OG and the nurses are very nice. It’s very organized and the first facility I’ve ever walked in that doesn’t smell bad.
I would’ve given 10 I guess 5 is my only option.

A while back, I had a heart attack. When I got out of the hospital, they sent me to Ocean view Post Accute. It was the best place ever!!
This place brought me back to life again twice. I recommended them to everybody who is in need of critical care. When I first came here I was paralyzed for 4 months because of GBS and they helped me by picking me up and moving my legs walking me using a walker and making sure that I was clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough to praise the people and the physical and occupational department and the facility in general. I love this place and I hate to leave.
My aunt was recently at this facility after an extensive surgery and I cannot say enough nice things abour it! My aunt is a little “high maintenance ” and I was initially worried about her experience. But I must say, I was totally impressed!! The staff was knowledgable, helpful and above all else compassionate. I tend to be a worrier and I ask ALOT of questions. Not only did they listen to all of my concerns and questions, but they answered them! My aunt was made to feel completely comfortable during her stay! The young lady that supervises the facility was a gem, and a true pleasure to interact with -yes interract. My aunt wasn’t just a number or a paycheck. A person of management took time out of her busy day to introduce herself and get to know the needs of my aunt and our family. While I hope we dont require services again, I would 100% feel comfortable returning to this facility for care! Kudos to you all!
Three years ago after hip replacement of the right hip, I chose to come, not really knowing much about the therapy, other than they were recommended by my insurance. Due to my wonderful experience, I chose to return, after my left hip replacement.
I cannot say enough about the therapist. Both OT and PT were attentive to my needs and helped me bridge the postop strengthening; following all precautions and always attentive to my needs. A special thanks to Robelyn, my primary OT. Your smile and support got me through those first 2 weeks that were rocky.
Also thanks to My PT team: Oliver, Vicky, Cindy. Your encouragement and support got me through.Their leader Wowie is top-notch and is a true leader and you can tell the team works well together.
All of the staff, were awesome. Everyone was pleasant and supportive. My room was always fresh and clean and they respected my privacy and were attentive to my special needs and concerns

I had a wonderful experience with this facility. My grandmother was taken care of after surgery (hip replacement) and the administrator, Jennifer, was fantastic. I have never met a leader of a facility come in and greet a patient. Super friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions. Would use their services again if needed.
My father-in-law spent a week in the facility after back surgery. My wife and I visited for extended periods daily and got to meet the variety of staff members from the administrators to the nurses to the physical therapists to the occupational therapists who visited his home to make sure it was set up properly for his return. All of them were professional and caring making for a good experience. I also liked that the facility was in good condition and would recommend this business for others who may need skilled nursing.
